In-House Funds

Growing business requires a senior funds lawyer to manage their in-house legal function.   Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work as Senior Counsel within a dynamic business with access to a diverse, high-calibre workload.

You will provide expert legal advice and support on funds structuring ????? ????? development alongside the investments and risk teams; offer documentation; PDS drafting; compliance; regulatory, secretariat and general corporate issues.   You may also work on ad hoc business projects as appropriate.

You will be a qualified lawyer of 6+ years’ PQE, with a strong funds/FS background from a leading law firm or leading in-house team, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.    You should be capable of dealing with senior management at all levels, and have leadership capability.
