You will be a corporate/commercial/financial services lawyer at Senior Associate level who is looking to join a progressive mid-tier law firm.
As a corporate/commercial lawyer, you will bring ????? ????? your range of experience in Financial Services, undertaking advisory, compliance, product development and transactional work (95% transactional - TPA & IP).
As well as undertaking equipment and wholesale finance, consumer finance, financial services, product development (including Consumer Credit Code work), corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions, you will be able to undertake AFSL work, have a strong understanding of AML/CTF and draft and advise on AML compliance programs.
