You will be a senior level commercial property lawyer who enjoys undertaking contract work in order to be engaged in your other endeavours, such as other private work.
What hours can you expect to work? On average, your expertise will be needed some 2-3 days a week. This will fluctuate when there will be intense periods of work, and conversely when there is little or no work to complete.
You will receive work from the corporate and commercial partners of this boutique practice, but mainly work on the property aspects of M&A transactions. This Partner is one of Australia's leading M&A Lawyers and has experience in major law firms and recently, in-house with an investment bank.
