This leading mid-tier firm’s Intellectual Property team covers a whole range of issues from design rights to patents, trademarks, copyright and confidentiality across a range of jurisdictions.
As an Associate, you will work on broad range of Intellectual Property related work and will actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and has achieved recognition across all areas of intellectual property.
Your 4-6 years experience in intellectual property (including enforcement, commercial and advisory related work) gained within a premier city firm will see you working on planning, and executing a broad range of IP related projects including:

searches
-
the registrability of trademarks
-
the exploitation of intellectual property rights
-
registration, assignment and renewal of trademarks, patents and designs
-
opposition proceedings
-
the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights
-
litigation and dispute resolution
-
copyright protection
-
issues arising from the media, in particular advertising
-
anti-counterfeiting
-
intellectual property issues relating to acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions
-
e-commerce
-
online gambling activities
-
domain names
