Legal Counsel - Media
Rare In-house media role
Broad commercial exposure
Working in Production and Distribution
You will be working within the TV production and distribution department. You will gain exposure to a range of legal matters primarily focusing on drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements.
You will have conduct of all facets of film and TV production matters including drafting production, broadcasting, distribution and general commercial agreements and more. You will be liaising with business executives and film and TV producers and provide training to junior staff.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial drafting and interpersonal skills together with experience in media, IP and commercial law gained either in a reputable firm or in-house. You will be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
