Our client is a long established boutique firm with an expertise in corporate, commercial, insolvency and commercial litigation matters.

They are currently looking for a Partner with a practice or a Senior Associate with a growing practice looking to take that jump to Partner sooner rather than later. You will be a relaxed and down to earth lawyer with an expertise in corporate insolvency.

Ideally you will have at least 8 years in corporate/commercial litigation and a broad range of insolvency matters in all jurisdictions including the Federal and Supreme Courts. You will have exposure to creditors' rights and obligations, insolvency risk management and minimisation, restructuring ????? ????? an alternative to formal insolvency appointment and voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations.

There is a great opportunity to transport your practice and build it further with the guidance of experienced and switched on Partners who are all very savvy marketers. The ideal candidate will have a transportable practice of at least $250K. You will have advanced business development skills and a personable easy going nature.
