Offering ????? ????? range of property-related legal services for an enviable client list of developers, investors, owners, landlords, property funds managers and listed property trusts, our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their dynamic team.
This role will see you advising on acquisitions and disposals of all types of commercial property, joint venture and development agreements, co-owner agreements, subdivisions, developments, property leasing of all types and related stamp duty and GST issues.
The successful candidate will have:
- at least 2 years of solid property experience with a reputable firm;
- an enthusiastic and self-starter approach to your work;
- very close attention to detail;
- a high level of organisation;
- experience in supervising paralegals and junior lawyers.
