Responsibilities include: The helpdesk team services the firm across Australia and provides professional and timely telephone support to staff on a variety of technology issues. - Answering ????? ????? all helpdesk calls within service level timeframes

- Identification of reoccurring ????? ????? contribution to problem resolution and training needs analysis
