Senior CRM Training Specialist - Siebel

 

Have you a strong Business Systems / CRM training background particularly working in and for large corporate / professional services organisations?

Our client, top 50 ASX listed firm requires a Siebel training specialist to join the team based in Sydney.  This role requires an individual who is structured in their thinking, very detailed in their day to day role and is passionate about an end to end training role.You will need experience in:

In addition this role will grow into cross training on other applications eg financial systems etc.

If you have 7+ years CRM training experience and have preferably trained the Siebel CRM this role might just be your next challenge.  You will be joining a dynamic team in a demanding environment which offers staff continual career development.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.development of internal training and communication programs and being able to demonstrate your experience in scoping, design, development and deployment of the training

building effective relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business both in head office and the regional offices

influencing and defining stakeholder expectations

implementing process improvements as required
