Role sits within the PMO
This organisation is highly regarded and globally known in the Financial Markets and due to s resignation, have a position for a Project Manager for an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract to sit within the PMO and work on a variety of Technology and Business focused projects.
You will be required to provide outstanding project management expertise through managing project tasks, budgets, resources, risks, issues and communications for multiple projects running simultaneously to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to meet the client requirements.
Essential Experience:
• Extensive project management experience - 4 years + is a must
• Strong commercially based relationship management experience with vendors/suppliers.
• Knowledge of and experience in formal project management methodologies.
• Experience in working in a PMO structure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technology applications.
• Thorough knowledge of and involvement in full systems development lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple projects utilising multiple resources across the organisation from multiple disciplines.
• Experience with Finance Sector services, systems and products
• Knowledge Trading, Clearing and Settlement systems and processes -Highly regarded
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract offering $130,000 package inclusive of superannuation - this role has high potential to go permanent after the 12 months depending on projects.
