Our client is a leading consultancy in the ERP, accounting software space. Succesfully delivering ????? ????? solutions for 10+ years to a wide range of businesses across retail, finance, distribution and manufacturing. Specialising in software development, consulting, support, help desk services, project management and enterprise strategy and architecture they need a motivated career minded ERP Software Support Consultant to join their busy, exciting, team. This is an exciting, diverse role with opportunities to move into other positions within the company. My client is located close to public transport, in North Sydney CBD and has a wonderful, professional set up with exciting career opportunities and extensive training on offer.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to)
- Provide first and 2nd level support - problem logging, resolution, resolving and escalating
- Providing initial point of contact for client issues, enquiries
- Proving support via phone/email
- Ensure client issues are logged corrently and addressed
Essential technical skills and attributes
- Strong IT qualifications
- Accounting and payorll qualifications and or experience
- Accounting and payroll concepts
- Experience supporting mid-tier ERP/accounting software (Essential)
- Strong work ethic to resolve client issues
- Strong team player mentality
- Proven analytical skills
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong SQL and database exeprience/knowledge
- Strong technical know how
- Minimum 3+ years Australian market experience
