Our client is a leading consultancy in the CRM arena, succesfully delivering ????? ????? solutions to a wide range of businesses for 10+ years. Specialising in software development, consulting, support, help desk services, project management and enterprise strategy and architecture they need a motivated career minded Senior CRM Development Consultant to join their busy, exciting, team. This is an exciting, diverse role based out in West Sydney, close to public transport, and has a wonderful, professional set up. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to) - Full cycle CRM - Amdocs / Clarify implementations (gathering ????? ?????, design, roll out, support)
- Determining customer requirements through formal BA process
- Comprehensive documentation
- Provide client training
- Software development
- Pre-sales presentations
- Project management
- Architect technical solutions
- SAT, UAT plans
Essential technical skills and attributes (Applicants MUST have Clarify / AMDOCS CRM experience) - Clarify eFrontOffice
- Amdocs CRM development/consulting experience
- Atleast 5+ years in similar role
- Full cycle - hands-on implementation experience
- Proven development experience (VB. .Net, Java, Web service)
- Proven SQL - Admin, or Oracle Admin.
- Windows server
- Extensive systems integration experience
- Strong BA skills
- Excellent client facing skills and experience
- Presentation skills
- 5+ years Australian market experience
- Ability to work alone or within team
- Sense of humour!
