Senior Technical Consultant - Web/online self service
Our client, an Australian Energy and Utilities company are seeking the expertise of a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant (STC) for a Sydney based contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the current Web Site environment and looking at further functionality and allowance for scalability, with a Best Practise approach to guide, facilitate and recommend appropriate Web, "self service" Ecommerce solutions.
This contract is an Advisory/Consulting position, and is based on the scope of the project, and may be structured on a part time basis, with remote work possible, depending on the person, agreed scope, deliverables and timeframes.
The client has an established Web presence, and have significant short and long terms plans to extend the offerings, as outlined above, to help drive and promote services to customers nationally.
As an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, you will have significant experience in WEB/Ecommerce, Self Service and related technologies including:
Skills and Experience in the following:
- Web/ Online/ Self Service
- Ecommerce - B2B and/or B2C
- CRM/ Data Warehousing Initiatives
Additionally, you will be familiar with available products and services in the WEB and Ecommerce area, able to advise on both packages, tools or service providers to assist our client achieve planned business objectives.
