Do you have a strong background in infrastructure solutions design and architecture?
 
Working in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, my client requires an experienced solutions-based infrastructure architect with a strong background in a range of technologies to join their team on a permanent basis.

With less of a delivery focus, and more of an emphasis on presales, designing, and planning infrastructure solutions, you will be involved with a variety of servers technologies and should be able to demonstrate extensive infrastructure architecture experience previously. 
 

To secure this role, you should have a strong background in:

• Architecture, costing and scoping of infrastructure plans and designs;
• Presales
• Windows and Unix server platforms, including virtualisation;
• Storage and backups;
• Messaging and SOE;
• Applications (.NET and J2EE); and
• IAM

In addition to this, experience with ITIL is highly sought after and strong presentation skills dealing with all levels of seniority are essential.
