The SE will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our pre-sales customers to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering ????? ????? to customers through online and via telephone communication mediums.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for pre-sale support of company products/systems.Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications to drive successful solution and product salesProvides answers to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications and provides software development and consultation to prospective usersConduct Partner and Channel presentations and demonstrations and answer any technical questionsMay build a mini-application, based on customer requirements, to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring ????? ?????.Education and Skills required for this position University degree preferred and 2-5 year equivalent industry experience required with ability to understand and explain related technical issues, knowledge of company products and all potential application.Industry certifications (working towards is acceptable) in specific technologies may apply for example MCP, CISSP, SSCP and SANSSimilar vendor experience required.Previous experience in Information Technology with emphasis on managing a distributed environment supporting disparate systems and/or providing Pre-Sales support in an equivalent environment. Previous experience of related technical experience, installing, designing, managing, administering ????? ????? an enterprise network strongly preferred.
