As a Pre Sales Support engineer you will be responsible for delivering ????? ????? sales support, sales support and Logistics and Administration services to the business development manager and other internal staff, customer and suppliers as required.

Role Description:

The role requires the incumbent to perform day-to-day technical pre sales and sales support duties and to work as an assistant to the business development manager and will allow you to develop your pre sales, technical, sales, administration, logistics &, interpersonal skills. You will need knowledge of Cisco technology, Cisco online administration, ordering ????? ????? tools uses, and a CRM system.

Experience and qualifications :

 

Background or experience in security related technology.

Competent in building equipment lists and pricing

Good documentation skills to assist with proposal writing when required.

Previous customer / supplier relationship skills

CISSP,CCSA.

Experience of firewall/IDS etc

Skills and Abilities:

Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / Access / PowerPoint

Experience of the Cisco dynamic configuration tool

Experience of the Cisco contract management tool (CSCC)

Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow through tasks to completion

Ability to plan and schedule orders and deliveries.
