The Insurance business of this major bank is experiencing strong organic growth. Reflecting the division's significant and growing contribution to the groups revenue and profit, the Insurance business has attracted unprecedented investment, generating an exciting and far-reaching program of change across the business.
Against this background, there is an opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join the Insurance team, leading a change team and helping the business define, drive and deliver change across the entire business operating model.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of multiple streams of work. This will include:
-Formation and running steering ????? ????? working groups,
-Control of costings/budgets,
-Achieving milestone commitments,
-Managing program resource requirements,
-Management of project risks
-Engaging all key stakeholders and executive management to ensure projects are developed and delivered according to scope, objectives and schedule.
Your ability to build and foster a culture of high service delivery, teamwork and quality results will be tested in this large-scale, highly visible environment. Your highly developed experience working within a business focused Program Management environment, (as opposed to IT), along with skills in presenting executive level reports, change management, building business relationships, influencing, negotiating and delivering ????? ????? corporate initiatives will be paramount in your success. You will need to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple high-profile projects within a PMO framework using formal industry methodology.
In addition to previous demonstrable experience in Insurance your ability to translate business strategy into actionable programs will secure this role.
