Project Manager - Financial Planning or Investment Products, Margin Lending, Funds Management , Portfolio Management, Stockbroking & Share Trading Projects - Development & Implementation. Sector leading Wealth Management, full service Stockbroking, Investment / Financial Planning & Margin Lending IT area of this leading global Financial Services & Investment Banking firm requires a Project Manager to lead projects focussed on the delivering of new financial investment products via the web / on-line banking channels.
Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional Project Management & relationship management skills & experience, at least 3-4 years of which within financial services
- Experience with, an understanding of formal project management & development methods - PMI, Prince , PMBOK. Candidates MUST also be well versed in SDLC either Agile or Waterfall
- Experience leading a portfolio of mulitple, concurrent projects - generally $100K - $1m in value
- The ability to relate and influence across levels of business and technology stakeholders
- Exceptional written, verbal and personal communication skills
- Experience leading applications development (some web based systems of benefit), BAU, integration, change or package implementation projects
- A demonstrable track record delivering projects in either Wealth Management, Equities , WRAP, Margin Lending, WRAP/Funds, Share Trading, Managed Funds or Investment Banking/Trading systems of Fund Accounting / Custody environments
- Excellent people management with prior experience managing project teams
