Our Client is a leading R&D design, development and manufacturing ????? ????? specializes in providing cutting edge digital imaging and printing technology for OEM's around the world. A new requirement within the team has arisen to strong demand for new product devlopment projects and as such a Software Testing Manager/Lead position is open for an experienced Test Manager within the software industry.
The role will be working closely with stakeholders to define item/product/component requirements, planning the strategy to test against requirements and manage a team.
Main activities::
- Estimate prioritise & plan testing & resources
- Monitor the work/progress
- Review product requirement documentation
- Lead the strategy and methodology
- Manage the development of test procedures
- Identify necessary tools
- Guide the test group
- Approve deliverables
- Around 10 years relevant industry experience
Experience:
- At least 10 years R&D experience with 4 years test management
- Test techniques & practices
- Strong background in inkjet printer technology testing
- Understanding of modern test tools
- Experience with methodologies
- experience with certifying products
- Experience with speaking Mandarin highly desirable
