The role will involve but will not be limited to the following:

• Managing a team of contract and permanent analyst/programmers to provide a high standard of technical support to the business, planning the team's workload and ensuring ????? ????? logged appropriately.
• Define, prioritize, monitor and track requests, changes and incidents with the business.
• Manage third party vendors and service providers
• Ensure the bank's risk, audit, compliance and security frameworks are implemented and followed
• Manage and plan infrastructure and capacity requirements
• Management of operational projects such as small upgrades and decommissioning of systems.
• Review and implement operational improvements such as testing, release management, environment management and problem management
• Your background will include:
  
  • Prior banking experience.
  • Solid operational management experience and an understanding of the ITIL operational framework
  • Proven track record of technology team lead or team management experience
  • Experience  managing and supporting mission critical systems in a high pressure environment
  • Vendor Management experience
  Ideally, you will have:
  • Experience managing Front Office Systems. 
  • Solid Banking experience 
  • A development background
