During ????? ????? they have established themselves as a key player in the internet and telecommunications industry.  The company is now looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to assist the senior Management & Board to ensure the future growth and profitability of the company.

 

As the key business and commercial leader, you will be charged with the complete control and re-engineering ????? ????? financial & management reporting to support the decision making process and the strategic direction of the business. Working in an extremely hands on and fast paced environment you will also be responsible for all taxation, company secretarial, compliance, foreign exchange as well as overseeing the budgets and forecasting for the company.  You will be required to communicate and influence at Board level as well as work closely with external stakeholders and financial institutions in relation to contract negotiation and development of new and existing projects.

 

Ideally you will have experience in taking a company though an IPO.  You will have the appropriate level of qualification and experience expected of such a senior position.  The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record, ideally within the IT / Telco sector; however, applications from individuals with specific experience in capital intensive industries would also be highly regarded.
