We have 2 x urgent requirements for Support Analysts to join this respected Australian banking giant in the Sydney CBD. You will act as the conduit between the Business Users and Systems Managers to ensure that agreed service levels are met as well as assisting with ongoing system support and continuous improvement. You will be involved in: - Relationship management with the Business and IT stakeholders
- Manage communication with all stakeholders for operational issues
- Production and maintenance of quality process documentation
- Intra-team knowledge sharing
- Ensuring ????? ?????'s are met and understood
- Provide 2nd / 3rd level support to Systems Managers where necessary
In terms of technical exposure, the following are desirable: - Oracle Financials (Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, General Ledger)
- WEAPS
- MDM (Master Data Management)
- GDW
- Promis
- BIO
