IT Service Desk Officer
6 week contract
$20ph - $23ph
Located in CBD and close to public transport
An experienced IT support officer is required immediately for a company within the eduation sector. You will be providing desktop and technical support to both staff and students, answer all calls to the IT helpdesk and resolve standard IT incidents within in agreed timeframes. To be successful in this role you will have: - proven experience in a customer facing role
- excellent communication skills
- a good level of understanding of MSoffice, PC and Macs, printers LANS & WANS
- excellent organisation and prioritising skills
- initiative, trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- proven ability to work independently after being provided directions
