IT support coordinator
Client of mine is looking for an experienced IT support coordinator to work on a busy helpdesk as a 2nd level working with the 3rd level technical support to represent IT to senior business executives. To be suitable for this role, my client is looking for someone with experience in Vendor Management, procurement of IT assets, understanding and ideally certified in ITIL.
Technical experience includes:
Windows Suite
Anti virus and security software experience, ideally McAfee
Lan/Wan
DHCP
DNS
Desktop/Laptop administration
Blackberry
Due to the nature of the role you will have a natural ability to handle priorities, co ordinate teamed with excellent customer service and client facing skills at an executive level.
