Do you have a strong background in helpdesk and security administration? Have you got experience with access controls and permission levels? Are you looking for a challenging new role within a great team environment? If yes, read on! Working in a large, Australian enterprise environment, this user access control administration position would suit a helpdesk engineer with experience in permission levels and IT support. Working within a team environment, you should have a strong background and understanding of: - ITIL processes;
- Windows and Active Directory;
- Allowing permission levels for various applications and platforms (eg. Sybase, Unix, Oracle, Filenet etc); and
- Remote access
