My client is looking for a very capable technician to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of areas within IT support. You will have experience in delivering high quality support to customers in the following methods:

• Phone
• Face to face
• Remote access

Before you apply, check that you have:

• IT degree/ Diploma
• Car + Current Australian drivers license
• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English
• Industry certifications eg. MCP, CCNA, etc
• 2+ years of solid work experience
• Impeccible presentation
• The ability to explain technologies in to non technical users
• Professional approach to consulting with clients
• Solid experience dealing with business clients/ customers
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Experience in set up and admin of Microsoft servers
• Experience in set up and admin of networks between 5-40 users

Further experience such as Unix, Mac, Linux, backup solutions, Windows 7, AD, exchange, etc will all be looked upon favourably.
