  •  Fantastic opportunity for a experienced Service Manager Consultant. You will aid our customers to design, architect and implement their Enterprise Management solution using the full HP suite of applications. Engage in the consultative process with our customers to allow them to achieve their mission objectives better, faster and cheaper.   A customer engagement may require assistance with one specific tool, a couple of tools, or the whole HP suite.  Integration with other Enterprise Management tools is very probable.  
    Lead the assessment, evaluation, planning, architecture, design, integration, and implementation of major network, system, application, and enterprise service management products including HP OpenView, Service Centre 5 and 7, Connect IT, and Get answers.·        

    Responsibilities: 

    • ·Analyze and provide recommendations for management system, product integration, implementation and deployment in support of enterprise-wide strategies for provisioning, operations, monitoring, maintenance and customer service. 
    • ·Analyze and develop management architecture concepts, alternatives and strategies. 
    • ·Tailoring ????? ????? Centre application.  
    • ·Tailoring ????? ????? 5 
    • ·Interfacing between the technical and business groups 
    • ·Designing the solution architecture


      Skills Required: 
    • 5 or more years of experience in systems planning, operations, architectures and management, network management, application development and monitoring. 
    • Hands-on experience with a variety of network and systems management tools such as HP OpenView, Service Centre 5 and Service Manager 7, Connect IT, and Get answers     
    • Experiences with HTML, XML and Jscript
