Do you have strong background in customer support and ITIL? Do you have a strong technical background in Windows Vista? Are you looking for a challenging role with a large, national company? If yes, read on! Working within the support team of a large, Australian company, this role is a great opportunity for a service desk analyst with a strong customer focus to make a difference. Your responsibilities will be vast, supporting a large team utilising your knowledge of ITIL. To secure this great opportunity, you should have a strong technical background in: - Windows Vista;
- Exchange / Outlook;
- MS Office 2007
- Active Directory;
- TCP/IP
- SQL Server;
- VMWare; and
- Citrix.
