SQL Server 2005 Developer - Urgent Contract In Investment Banking. Global Equities Technology area of this leading global investment banking & financial services firm requires an experienced SQL Server Developer with exposure/experience in SSIS &/or SSAS/SSRS - Microsoft Business Intelligence/Datawarehouse technology. Working as part of the Equities Technology team, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of new Equities Research platforms & the integration/migration of trading research data. 

Required Skills & Experience -

• MS SQL Server 2005 development experience
• T-SQL stored procedures / triggers / views
• SSIS package development and deployment &/or SSAS / SSRS datawarehouse hihgly desirable
• MS SQL Server Replication
• SQL Server Reporting Services
• Data analysis and manipulation
• Data modelling and database design
• ETL analysis and implementation
• Data integrity checking
• Experience with MS Office VBA / VSTO development (Excel macros etc) a plus
• Experience with Object Oriented programming languages such as C# / Java a plus
• Business Analysis and requirements / test documentation skills

Candidates MUST have experience working with SQL Server 2005 & ideally some expsure to SSIS &/or SSRS, SSAS on data/datawarehouse focussed projects. Candidates MUST also be available to start in the next 2-3 weeks. We cannot wait 4 weeks for notice periods to be worked.
