Business Analyst Team Lead / Lead Business Analyst - Investment Banking / Wealth Management / Online Trading. Sector leading wealth management & online trading /protfolio management area of this global financial services firm requires a BA Team Lead to take responsibility for leading a group of Technical Business Analysts across a number of large programs of work within the online financial services space. We are seeking a very experienced Business Analyst witgh tgime spent leading/mentoring/managing teams ideallyt including experience of financial services front, middle and/or back office enviroments.Prior experience in Investment Banking, Stockbroking or Wealth Management, ideally with exposure to Equities or Derivatives or Cash/FX focussed financial instruments is highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience -

• A proven Business Analysis background, including previous experience leading/mentoring a team of Business Analysts
•  A rigorous background in the full lifecycle of business analysis activities including process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, solution evaluation / RFP,  functional design, including UML, testing, implementation, production support and user training
• Knowledge/experience of one or more of Equities &/or Derivatives / Futures & Options / CFD's / , Fixed Income or FX/Cash , Stock Exchange Connectivity , including front, middle and/or back-office exposure
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholder groups
• The ability to work closely with a diverse range of business areas, forming long term strategic relationships with key business resources and project stakeholders
• The tenacity to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challenges A strong appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT impact upon the business
• A self starter with the ability to work well both independently and as a team
• Knowledge of empowerment and accountability practices to ensure the team remains high performing
• Experience working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment with many stakeholders
• Experience in designing functions for customer facing web / online applications - ideally related to the trading , portfolio management or banking sectors
