This is an outstanding opportunity to join an organization and be involved in an ongoing project which will be transforming the way healthcare is provided, primarily concentrating on E-Health.

Working with a team of Policy Advisors, Analysts, operational stakeholders and project specialists, the Senior Policy Advisor will be responsible for identifying and resolving key policy issues as well as developing effective relationships to support the implementation of a consistent national legislative framework for unique health identifiers.

You will utilise a structured approach and possess the ability to plan and control work and deliver deadlines.  Assuming that you are an experienced Business Analyst or Process Engineer, your ability to communicate effectively and obtain a detailed understanding of business process from stakeholders, will ensure your success. Strong end to end to be process mapping experience would be advantageous. With a disciplined approach and a detail focus you will work with stakeholders to conceptualise how the process should work and ensure that policy decisions are fit for purpose.

For this important role it is expected that you will be degree qualified and have experience in all aspects of best practice process improvement.  Your ability to think laterally and question status quo will support your ongoing success and provide you with the understanding of the challenges involved in this key position.   Your strong communication and relationship building skills will reflect your ability to engage the business and deliver results.
