My client is an internationally recognized global Financial organization who is seeking a Business Analyst. You will be working with the Business Support Team assisting the various Business Units in their Core System Replacement Project. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager in charge of the IT team and includes this project. Job Summary Location: Sydney Department: IT Reporting to: Senior Manager, IT Employment Status: Contract (2 years) Salary range: $85-$95K inclusive of super Skills Required/Training Knowledge/experience on Microsoft platform SQL, VB.net, C# programming VB.NET experience Exposure to network and data transmission MS HTML workshop preferable Ability to work as part of a team Job responsibilities Develop application programs and databases with .net technology Assist in writing technical specifications Organise User Acceptance Test Provide daily technical/help desk support to users on the Data Pooling System Create development process and methodology to improve the development/testing environment Monitor the work and progress of system developer, to do the mentoring, supervision and the annual assessment Assist and reporting to the Senior Manager, EDP for system and database issues, to provide professional advice of fixes and improvement.
