Business Analysts - Reconciliations Experience - Investment Banking - Contract

Business Analysts - Reconciliations, ideally TLM / Smartstream experience

Global Equities trading division - global investment bank

Contract or Perm hires - 1 x Lead BA, 1 x BA

Business Analysts / Lead BA - Reconciiations / Smartstream TLM or similar - Equities / Investment Banking. Global Equities technology area within this leading global investment banking firm requires a Senior Business Analyst / Lead BA and a Business Analyst with Reconciliations, ideally TLM / Smartstream experience. Working as part of this central team, you will be dedicated to the TLM SmartStream implementation project. More specifically these will include:
Defining business requirements and functional design
Assisting with the development of test Strategy and plans
Working with the development teams to ensure business needs are met
Defining and enhancing business processes
Supporting delivery by investigating and resolving issues
Researching, developing and implementing reconciliations best practice
Improving trade reconciliation controls and control design
Required Skills & Experience -
Hands on experience with TLM SmartStream , Intellimatch or similar Reconciliations systems
Experience implementing a reconciliations system, preferably TLM SmartStream
Recent Business Analysis experience within equity financial markets
Detailed knowledge of business analysis methods and tools
Sound knowledge of project methodologies, frameworks and tools
Experience liaising with senior project and business stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, business, IT or a comparable field
For the more senior role, strong leadership skills, along with high levels of initiative and drive.
