Business Analysts /Technical BA's - On-Line Banking / Financial Services /Online Trading. Fast growing, highly innovative online financial services are within this leading global investment banking & financial services firm requires a number of Technical Business Analysts. The business line (within the bank) was recently formed, offering ????? ????? of new financial products & services (predominantly via the web), with a view to proactively growing the investment/online client segment and providing an end to end range of financial products.

As the business expands, so the need has arisen for a number of hihgly capable, experienced Technical Business Analyst to work on a variety of large programmes of work across the of on-line / web based investment & banking platforms. 

Required Skills & Experience -

• A rigorous background in the full lifecycle of business analysis activities including process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, solution evaluation / RFP,  functional design, including UML, testing, implementation, production support and user training
• Financial services experience, in particular online banking , trading or wealth management. WRAP, Lending, Cards, Funds or Broking experience equally of interest
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholder groups
• The ability to work closely with a diverse range of business areas, forming long term strategic relationships with key business resources and project stakeholders
• The tenacity to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challenges
• A self starter with the ability to work well both independently and as a team
• Experience in designing functions for customer facing web applications

Candidates MUST have excellent functional design & requirements gathering skills. Prior experience working with use cases/activity diagrams & scoping/defining requirements is imperative.
