C++ / Java Developer Fixed Income Products
A major Trading House / Hedge Fund in Sydney, is urgently seeking a C++ / Java Developers to work in its Fixed Income products development team, This is a Permanent hire opportunity, This is a position in a growing team that is succeeding in generating profit and value despite the current economic climate.
Our Client is interested in candidates with:
- 4+ Years C++ / Java development (must be hands on and able to code )
- Investment Bank or Hedge Fund work experience in Fixed Income Products (having worked in finance for at least your last couple of positions - NOTE: DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE)
- Strong Risk Skills
- Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in customising Risk
- Desire to take ownership of projects
- Strong functional knowledge of finance
- B.A. in computer science, finance or related field
The bank prefers candidates additionally have:
- A good working knowledge of C#
- XML
-Solid understanding of Financial Instruments
