Our client a Global leading Risk Software House is looking for a Mid- Senior Level VB6 / VB .NET Developer. The developer will be joining a team of programmers to develop and maintain systems and applications for the Software  support business. The successful candidates duties are as follows: Carry out all steps of the development lifecycle to deliver changes and new features. performance testing, Reviewing code produced by others, implementation of new code releases. Work with testing team to ensure comprehensive coverage. Production support / trouble shooting production issues. The technical requirements are as follows:

  

To be successful in this role you will need 

. 5 - 6 Years as a VB6 / VB .NET   Programmer

 . Over 3  Years proven commercial experience in classical ASP

. HTML, CSS, JavaScript

. An excellent working knowledege of Web Technologies

. Excellent communication skills 

. To have the ability to build a Website from scratch with Notepad

Desired

. Be able to work well in a team environment  

. Oracle  will be a nice addition .
