Senior Technical Consultant - Sydney

My client is a SME consultancy firm focussed on the financial sector, currently they are on the look out for a talented Technical lead to drive their project work to completion.
You will ideally have good exposure to the financial sector and have around 8 years plus technical "Hands on" with Java development. As well, you will the passion and the commitment to your work and will show a high level of accountability.
To be considered, you will ideally have the following:
Strong J2EE/Java working experience
experience working within a large enterprise environment
Proven technical Leadership including design and team management
Experience within the financial sector
Websphere experience essential (Websphere portal, highly desirable)
Experience working with Scrum and XP methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.
