We are looking for highly motivated technical person to join us during ????? ????? phase of a key project. This is initially a short term requirement for duration of one month, but may be extended. Start is immediate.

You will have worked as a senior SAS administrator in a technical team.

Prime Responsibilities:
Monitor SAS servers for a resource utilization and recommend performance tuning options if required.
Perform application Maintenance-implement patches, hot fixes,upgrades,integration enhancements and data patches if required.
Participate in production software deployment, upgrades, capacity planning, performance management, backup strategies.
Establish standards and procedure for end user applications.

Essentials:
Degree in IT related discipline.
3-5 years experience in working with SAS 9.1.3 ( SAS 9.2 Preferably) and supporting SAS 9 Data Integration( DI) Server, DI, SAS Analytical serve, enterprise Guide, Base SAS, SAS SPDS and SAS PC
Performing SAS admin functions such as: Implementing SAS standards & guidelines for end user.
Experience with SQL & other data extraction tools.
3-5 years Unix skills ( AIX) at an administration level including Unix shell scripting.
Experience of support & scheduling tools such as Control M to develop, test and lodge the batch schedule.
Strong practical knowledge of the Software development lifecycle.
Working Knowledge of XML.
