Our client is a much sought after self insured company boasting stylish offices in the heart of the CBD.
Due to a restructure, they are now seeking an experienced, proactive and motivated Team Leader to manage a team of 3 Case Managers. In this role you be required to effectively lead and support your team to ensure legislative requirements are met as well as timely claims resolutions. Providing leadership coaching and support where required in all aspects of their work and professional development is also key to the success of this role.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
• Previous Team leading experience within the Workers Compensation industry
• Strong experience in case management and a good understanding of current legislation
• Cert IV or Diploma of Business Management (desirable)
