Leading Insurance and Superannuation Provider requires an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join their organisation in a broad and challenging role. This role supports the business's strategy by assisting with the implementation of a risk management framework that supports optimal risk / reward decisions, within its risk appetite. Including: • Being a trusted advisor on operational risk and compliance matters • Oversee the AML / Fraud / Business Continuity framework across the business. The candidate: the following skills would enable your success in being considered for this outstanding opportunity: - demonstrable operational risk background
- exposure to fraud risk and AML
- understanding of the wealth management industry, in particular Insurance is an absolute essential
- expertise embedding risk across a business
- outstanding stakeholder management skills is a must
