About the Position

As a Claims Assessor and Case Manager you will be responsible for end to end claims management.  This is a responsible and varied role requiring thought leadership and excellent customer service.  Your day will include responsibly for medical, vocational and financial assessing, surveillance and overseeing the rehabilitation / return to work process where appropriate.  This role involves both on-going and lump sum benefits.

About You

You need to be:

  • An experienced claims assessor (CTP, Workers Comp, Group or Retail)
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Enjoy an autonomous role
  • Enjoy managing your time and files
  • A positive can do attitude
  • A passion for claims
  • A tertiary qualification preferred (medical, OT, psychology, health and science)
