About the Position As a Claims Assessor and Case Manager you will be responsible for end to end claims management. This is a responsible and varied role requiring thought leadership and excellent customer service. Your day will include responsibly for medical, vocational and financial assessing, surveillance and overseeing the rehabilitation / return to work process where appropriate. This role involves both on-going and lump sum benefits. About You You need to be: - An experienced claims assessor (CTP, Workers Comp, Group or Retail)
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Enjoy an autonomous role
- Enjoy managing your time and files
- A positive can do attitude
- A passion for claims
- A tertiary qualification preferred (medical, OT, psychology, health and science)
