A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of Australia's leading Superannuation and Investments portfolio Financial Services Provider in their dynamic insurance administration department for a claims administrator. As the claims administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and reporting of a portfolio of Death, TPD and GSC claims. This is a very 'hand on' role and some of your responsibilities will include liaising with the assessors and the claimants, ensuring all information received and claim forms are correct, arranging payments and maintaining file records.
To be successful it is essential that you have experience working in a life insurance environment and have a good all round understanding of the claims process. Previous exposure to Financial Hardship, Decease Estates and Family Law within Superannuation will be highly advantage!!
