Trustee Claims Administrator
My client is a national leading Wealth Management and Superannuation administration service provider who is currently seeking a professional individual with strong claims administration experiences (ideally within Group Life) to join and become a part of their Client Services, Corporate Trustee Claims Department.

As an insurance trustee claims administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
• Administration processing of all incoming Death, TPD & Salary Continuance claims
• Liaison with nominated Life Insurer relating to the status and outcome of a claim
• Organising payments (via cheque and auto claim)
• Preparation of submissions to the Trustee with recommendations on the claim outcome & payments
• Frequent liaison with internal insurance departments, claims assessors, doctors and solicitors
• File maintenance
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, my client is requesting an individual who possesses up to 2 years experiences within a similar position, holds strong Insurance and Superannuation product knowledge and articulate both verbally and in writing.
