Insurance Policy Administrator
Have you worked within an administration support role either in Life Insurance and/or General Insurance? We are seeking a highly motivated yet experienced administrator to join and be a part of my clients' policy maintenance, life insurance administration department. This position requires the successful individual to manage and upload new business applications from setting up individual policies and ensuring ????? ????? premium amounts are requested and paid by the client. It is important for you to have strong & professional customer relationship building capabilities as you will be liaising frequently with your members, life insurers and medical professionals on a daily basis. Essential requirements include: - Minimum of 12-15 months insurance industry related experiences, ideally in a similar role
- Ability to demonstrate strong administration skills (Microsoft package)
- Articulate in both, verbally and in writing
- Possess a sense of urgency when handling escalated complex cases
