This specialist Private Health fund provider located in the CBD is currently seeking an experienced Claims Assessor to join their busy team of 5 with immediate effect.
In this role you will be responsible for both processing and assessing your own portfolio of health insurance claims from start to finish as well as maintaining accurate records of member information.
Responding to member enquiries in a sensitive and confidential manner and accurate reporting is also a key component to this role.
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous Health Claims experience
• A strong knowledge of the health insurance industry
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Excellent communicational skills
