We are a seeking an energetic, well presented and articulate facilitator to lead the business in a training and Quality Assurance capacity. Work for a company that will offer unique benefits and a team of professional and successful people.

The key focus areas of this role will include employee selection, induction and orientation, training & development, measuring ????? ????? productivity , providing statistics reports as well as managing candidate & client quality assurance.
Your key responsibilities will include the following;
- Recruitment & selection of new consultants across all branches
- Conduct formal one on one & group inductions
- Development of individual & group training programs across the PKL business
- Identify & plan for the present and future training needs of PKL
- Directly monitor day to day performance of trainee consultants
- Monitoring ????? ????? an established candidate care program
- Maintain & enhance relationships with key clients, whilst conducting regular client follow up for QA purposes
- Enhance further business opportunities for all PKL branches
In order to be successful for this role, you will need to demonstrate strong negotiating skills, the ability to influence others, continuous innovation as well the ability to think logically in a composed and gracious manner.
We are interested in candidates with a strong training and end to end recruitment background, preferably degree qualified in a relevant field.
