In this crucial training and development role you will hold primary accountability for developing and implementing training objectives, plans and general material including manuals and general guides. Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will form part of the integral head office based support team focused on development and growth of all sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and understand the intricacies of Australian business and how to work with a responsive, passionate yet highly diverse team. A polished development and training history will enable you to execute plans compliant with the global directives and company initiative.
Experience in the industry of direct selling is essential further complimented by a working knowledge of the skincare, cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
