Reward Manager

 



One of ’s largest employers has recently gone through a reorganisation in its Reward function and as a result 2 exciting Manager roles have become vacant. Working with a team of bright and talented Compensation Specialists, you will be part of the centre of excellence where best practice and emerging industry trends will be your area of focus.

One of the roles will focus on executive remuneration, the other on group-wide remuneration; both will manage a team of two. Responsibilities will include designing and implementing major transformational remuneration initiatives in either of these fields, developing new policies, and embedding centralised cultural change reward programs across the organisation. Working with key stakeholders in line HR and directly with the business, your relationships building skills must be exemplary. You will also maintain an excellent knowledge of industry trends, future business needs and the external executive remuneration regulatory framework. 

Suitable applicants must be degree qualified with strong analytical skills. You will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in the reward and recognition field, ideally with a strong focus in remuneration design. A prior history in the financial services sector will considerably aid your application and the successful applicant will be rewarded with a great career opportunity with an industry leader.
