Through growth we have an new opportunity for a very experienced banking recruitment professional to take a lead role in developing and managing our key banking and finance clients. The role will manage and develop key relationships at all levels including careers teams, procurement and line management. To be successful in this role you will have extensive knowledge of the banking industry, and at least 5 years recruitment experience. you will have a proven track record of building and managing long term relationships across multiple levels of stakeholders up to GM/ Group Exec level. This role might suit somebody in a manager/ director role responsible for a banking recruitment team, you might be doing this role for a competitor locally or overseas, or you might be a high performing banking recruiter looking for the next step up in your career.
